~A.Rioch: Their automated system was designed by satan. My tracking said my package was delivered but i never got it. System asked me for the tracking number and told me "Tracking information is up to date on this item, i can not transfer you to a representative" . Had to hand up and call back and keep saying random commands till the dumb system gave me a person without asking me for a tracking number or zip code or adress or anything it DOESNT NEED. Finally spoke to som one and she was very helpful and said she launched and investigation on my package. Still never received it.
