Todays call same thing, on the phone for at least an hour, the (I'm sorrys) were absolutely sicken. Then desperation for an excuse, was because I purchased it online through Staples. I'll be looking for a different product, in the mean time, this is there product and don't want to stand behind it. So maybe this wil
