Finally a technician showed up on sept ** and said that the manufacturer did not make the parts needed for my refrigerator anymore but the AHS will call me to see what they can do. This morning i called them to know what is going on, I was told that they are still looking for the part and it is not certain when they will get it. I did not understand what part they still looking for if the manufacture did not make it anymore. This is a TOTAL RIPOFF.
