After ** minutes mostly on hold they offered to order another doorbell. I requested a refund and was told they could not give me one because it had been so long since the order had been placed. Did I have control over that in any way? First time I have been scammed on an internet order. Don't be fooled by the nice website. Every time I called I talked to the same person although she denied it.
