~djg0921:I signed up for a ** week subscription. I did not have time to read them, and decided not to renew. The papers just kept coming and i kept throwing them out in the recycle bin. I answef the phone on a saturday morning and they saw hello philadelphia enquirer collections! They said the credid card on file is expired. I said i was paid up and didnt authorize them to renew? She ssid to call another department and explain. The second person i spoke to was extremely combative said she cant help me and said its my choice if i dont want to pay the balance. I explained again i never authorized the transaction she got combative again said she would send me to another department. Was on hold fof another ** minutes then i hear a message that says call back during regular business hours-then im disconnected! I will never do business with thjs crappy company again period! Beware if they call you for business tell them to put you on the do not call list-thats what im doing!!!
