After * years of crappy service and endless referrals to the brain-dead employee of the week at the Sprint service as well as paying for insurance that we have never used. I called to ask a rep.if we could use a virgin mobile phone and was told that yes we could. Bought new phone for $** and love and behold couldnt activate it. To make matters worse went to sprint store and was willing to accept new contract to upgrade phone for $* down on deferred payment and wound up being a $*** down payment for a $*** phone all while waiting for a spring supervisor to call us back with something more than a $** credit over * month billing which still did not happen. The only reason we still have Sprint is my wife is a surviving cancer patient and her doctors have that number to contact her for further tests. It is harder to change her number with them than it is to deal with the NOW network. As soon as we are possible we are taking our numbers elsewhere. If
