The card was apparently written by a * year old who does not know how to address a card to someone and then put the signatures on another line. I don't order flowers anymore because this is not the first time your company has pulled this mess. The first was my cousins' funeral, I want to hear back from you all soon. Not the * plus hours that it has taken me to get ahold of your company the first time.
