The next awful encounter that I faced was that you have very few employees that understand questions in the English language as they don't speak English well enough to comprehend your question. I walked aroun in that store for an hour before I finally was able to find an American that gave me help. I asked one man who had an accent, but, store badge where I could find the Massage Foot like slippers that I had just bought some the night before and he directed me to the candles in the store.
