It was the next day that I found that the computer access time was really degraded. For example, normal access time to get on the net had been approximately a little over a minute. After the tech from iyogi had done his thing, it took upwards of ** miutes to get on the net. I tried to find the problm on my own but, after * days of pulling my hair out, I contacted a stateside software
