I then repeated what had happened to her and another employee proceeded to get hostel as well telling me once again that there was nothing wrong with the drink and it was not their fault. They eventually gave me a new drink but proceeded to talk about it aloud to each other complaining about me as I walked away. Look all I wanted was a new cup what is so hard about that?
