After waited almost ** min, went outside, knocked at the drive through window (no answer), knocked at the front door, even though the person at he back preparing the food saw me but was ignored by him, still waited outside in -* degrees weather, until the other person came out with the food. Told him was not happy with the service, and requested money back. God the money but lost my coupons that i gave in. I had * children in the car wating .*Not very good custor service. Would like to get my coupons back.**Thanks**Marina
