GetHuman-351552: I paid for my card over a month ago, and they have not sent me any card nor the free picnic gift, The person to whom I spoke to before said she would send me them, all she sent was another offer. Not to mention there is no telephone number on the offers and its very hard to contact them. NOW they are taking off the day before a major holiday, and I am still stuck with no AARP card, I am wondering if it is worth it to have a company that has already cashed the check I sent via a safe account payment and NOT GET ONE SINGLE BIT OF HELP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO PROCURE MY CARD AND FREE GIFT* :(
