I have managed in retail for over ** yrs and my employees would be fired for this treatment. So expect the items I purchased for Christmas to be returned. and I will be letting everyone I know about the crappy service. and I will be deleting you as a service provider for my job now. and buying my gopro and camera equipment and their accessories else where.
