Hertz said they would not. Hertz says Dollar pulls that line all of the time, and never has enough cars reserved to meet reservation needs. We had to get a car from another car rental company at triple the costof what we expected to pay for our rental from Dollar, but had no choice.*Each phone call to Dollar was routed to Manila Philipines.
