This is a dishonest, back-door tactic to take advantage of people!**After threatening to cancel the order and never do business with FTD, the rep. spoke to a manager and had the order reduced to what it "should have been" without the hidden charges. I agreed and asked that a complaint about the 'hidden fees" be issued. Today, I called my Mom only to find out she only received the flowers (no chocolates). AND, FTD took the liberty of using my order to solicit her for some steak house. A coupon
