~Linda, CT: I have an ongoing service problem which has not been rectified and have been hung up on, and denied service of such problem for ** days, due to partial service. Customer service is of no help whatsoever, and they are extremely unco-operative. Originally they told me it would be done the day I called, and I received one phone call and the phone decided to work at the time they called, but quit again as soon as they hung up and so they considered it "fixed" I believe it was spiteful for them to procrastinate my service repair for ** days due to that.
