After a lot of letters going back and forth I got frustrated and requested an administartive hearing...surprisingly after my request, I got a letter acknowledging that my claim is correct and that I will receive the refund Illinois owed me. To this day, November **th, **** I have not received my state income tax return. I called their *-*** nr. couple of times and was told I will receive the check soon..soon, will be the * year anniversary since I have filled my state tax return... I am very frustrated because there is no gov. official or organization that I know I can contact in or
