~missyann: They do not have phone customer service, you need to go to http:**help.linkedin.com**In order to click on the contact us, you will need to at least once click on any help topic. Once you do that, you can click on the contact us and you can submit a ticket. It took about one day for them to respond and I had my issue resolved within an hour. Good customer service.

~missyann: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~missyann: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~missyann: For that I would say five out of five.
