All i get is an endlessly repeating automated service that cycles no matter how many times i press the * choices. If this is how they treat their customers then i fail to see whay they even have a support number at all. They are about as inconsiderate as possible and seem to care little as long as you buy their product. They are the kind of company that shouldn't even be in business with the poor ethics they show people and how little they care to solve problems that people have who pay their jobs through our purchases.
