They don't have friggin idea how hard it is to get all the requirements for the visa (especially for the new applicants) and of course the applicants need a help from them.. but you can actually feel that they are not happy answering the phone and helping you. These people are disgusting! if you are going to work for a government as a customer service, aren't you suppose to be polite to whoever you talking to? whats up with these? and the government thinks this is ok? its already a very bad reputation for them lol.. oh well******* probably maybe their reason is, YOU NEED OUR VISA SO ITS OK TO BE RUDE.. but is that really a fair answer??? humanity******* geez*******.
