I called customer service to ask why that was. They told me that they (again without warning or prior notice) charged me an account inactivity fee of $* for each of * months.**I then called the teller supervisor Lisa Hand - who ducked my call for several days - at the branch to say that I was not warned about either of these fees in advance.
