This malfunction of Oncor’s equipment caused my HVAC system to cycle on and of repeatedly until a fuse blew in the system as I now know, requiring me to call the HVAC technicians that installed the system to repair it, and me to spend my time and resources on chasing TXU and Oncor to address their liability on this issue. Therefore, I respectfully request that compensation be provided to me in the amount of $***.**.
