Because the second tech didn't understand what was wrong with the unit I called again. The third tech told me to take the unit back to the store to see if they would replace it. Having dealt with Moen and Delta before, if I had this issue, I would have a new faucet on its way. This company does not stand behind its product even though by now they must know it is faulty in desi
