GetHuman-403573:i have had problems with gta * since the day i bought it, not just once in a while but EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE PLAYED! I have been nothing but patient for the last six months trying to delete old patches and re-install, deleting the entire install file, i literally physically took apart my ps* and cleaned it to see if it would run better.. Nothing they have posted works and i am absolutely sick of this, i have poured many many wasted hours into a game that doesnt work! period! everyone in all your forums says it, this is the ONLY game i have a problem with and you guys over at rockstar are well aware of the never ending problems with this game. Long story short i called them today, they promptly answered which i thought was nice, the rep was very nice but he didnt seem to know what he was talking about too much, and when i did what he said to do as a last resort fix all i got was my game stuck on the loading screen forever now, I WANT A REFUND! this is ridiculous! you should be char
