Lo and behold, sprint doesn't cover Cordell, Ok, where we live, and he explained that to us. Your employee could have ignored that and set us up with a plan for us and left us holding the bag when our phones didn't work later, leaving us with very expensive phones that were useless to us. He didn't. Believe me, with most of the people I have had the displeasure of meeting at other wireless companies, would have screwed us, BIG TIME! Just want you to know that I appreciate what your employee did, and appreciate even more, what he DIDN'T do to us. It would have helped if the toll free Number employee had checked out availability before we drove ** miles, but the "face to face" guy in Altus saved our day.
