In addition to this there have been several occasions where significant extra fees were added and customer care was extremely unhelpful each time. Some occasions I would call to rectify the problem and was assured it was fixed. Then when it became apparent that the problem was not fixed I would call back to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to solve my issue. This has happened three times now in only a few months, often forcing me to over pay on my bills. I am extremely dissatified with Sprint and its customer service so far.
