ITS CRAZY.SOMEONE MUST HAVE A LOT OF MONEY INVESTED AND PAID THE MEDIA AND OTHERS TO REPORT ON THIS AND OVER HYPE IT. CRAZY, WHEN COMPANIES DIDN'T PICK UP THEIR PHONES THEY WERE ELIMINATED, NOW THEY GET PRAISE AND PUBLIC HELP... ????
