I know it's frustrating trying to get through but when you get to a live person, please be respectful! We are on the phone for ** hours a day, taking call after call. Nothing is worse than our busy days when a concerned customer calls in and yells at us because the hold time took so long. Try being yelled at by ** plus people a day! It's not easy. Our supervisors slave drive us, too. We can't even be ** seconds late from our break without being wrote up. Believe me we are working as fast as we can to help everyone. I love all of my customers who call in and will work my *** off for them...as long as they show me the respect I deserve! Just be patient and nice and we will probably do anything for you.
