Vodafone subcontract a company, CableWay, which subcontract a second company, Bergmann Elektronik, that according to them should be able to fix my problem. However, I can't contact anyone and neither my German landlord can contact them. So I have a pretty bad connection since * months and it seems that I can not do anything about it. *I tried few times to go back to the same agency were I signed the contract (speaking English with the employee), but they can not help me. What is the best solution ? Would it be possible to cancel my contract ?
