The agent who eexplained why to me was really nice. However, now I'm looking to get another ps* and you ******** are out of them. I want my freaking PlayStation not a refurbished one. Can't even get a new one like mine. I'm highly pissed. They also sent my refund for my other item in the same email that I definitely said I do not use. So since October *th I've received absolutely nothing. I'm highly upset and am thinking of a lawyer. I shouldn't have had to lose all my pictures I cannot get back and who the **** sends one label by mail and another by email?
