The phone menu had no such options so I thought I'll send it by phone. I spent the next ** minutes giving my details over a painful voice activated system only to be transferred to an agent, who also took another ** minutes with me asking me for info I had already provided. He subsequently said my card doesn't work. When I asked to speak to his supervisor to know WHY I had been denied, he said to use another card and voila that worked according to him. But then he transferred me to someone else to validate my info who proceeded t
