The gentleman made it sound like it was such a good deal and that ALL COMPANIES were following suit* so it was basically our only option. The more I think about this, the more upset I become. We could've been paying at T-Mobile or Verizon to own a phone instead of throwing money away. Is there a way Sprint will work with us on this? This is a rip-off.
