Customer service says they are not qualified to help me and all they can tell me is to just wait for them to contact me in *-* business day* Talk about a run-around... They wont give you another number to call or point you in any direction at all for help, they just tell me they don't know what to do.. E-mails doesn't work either. Isn't it crazy with how much $$ they make from us consumers that they are still trying to pinch all they can get. We do honest work for our hard earned $$, and they get it from abusing and miss-using not only their consumers but their workers too.. Try talking to a few employers at "Wally-World" and see how they are treated. Pretty sad...
