How do you sell me something twice. Sell me a replacement plan that I can't use unless I pay for it again!!! Their excuse was because the original cost was of the plan was cheaper... It was $** more than the phones under $***. I have bought a few replacement plans on my electronics over the years, The few times I have used them they have made it so difficult...and each time something has changed... Now that they want more money to use the plan I will never again buy a replacement plan from them.
